God is not Dead

Plane CrashGod still works miracles. I’m sure by now most everyone has heard of the story of a plane crashing into the Hudson River. For those of you who don’t know, this is the story.  A plane with the flight number 1549 was headed to Charlotte, North Carolina, and was airborne less than three minutes when it ran into a flock of geese. This incident took out both of the plane’s engines and the pilot was forced to crash land on the Hudson River. All 155 passengers, in addition to the flight crew, survived the crash without any major injures.

God provided the pilot with the wisdom to make a left turn when the engines failed. Had he not proceed in that direction he would have landed in the city rather than on the river. Landing in the city would have had a catastrophic effect.

By crash landing where they did, it was possible for ferries that were working on the river to reach them within four minuets and begin the rescue. Official rescue teams were there with in 10 minutes. Because of the time it was taking for them to be rescued some of the passengers was affected by hypothermia.

Someone that plane must have really been praying.
