Water Taxi

Finally its here! Well sort of. But I don’t understand why everyone is so very critical of the idea of this service. Well I’m sure you all remember the San Fernando Fishing Co-operative slamming the introduction of a water taxi and we have heard enough conversations by fellow commuter opposing the introduction of the water taxi.

I don’t quiet understand the concern. I know that it may not rectify the traffic situation on the southern highway, but at the very least it would relieve the stress of some commuters, 150-180 passengers per trip to be more precise (only? Is this an upgraded gondola). And we have to give Jack his jacket, if the ministry of transport is making an effort to do something the least we can do is give it a try (because they rarely ever do anything).

Traffic jam remains a problem on the nation’s roads with highways and city roads becoming progressively more complicated to navigate. So, although it is delayed in coming, the water taxi service may be a feasible avenue to alleviate the traffic situation.
