Battimamzelle Restaurant

I visited Battimamzelle Restaurant in Cascade recently, and I can honestly say that I am somewhat impressed. The service wasn’t too bad, but it definitely wasn’t the best I have ever received.

The visual surrounding was very beautiful. The restaurant’s outside dinning area is like a little nature haven in the middle of the concert jungle. Initially I was satisfied with the ambiance; that was until the smell of cooking gas engulfed the air. I waited for them to announce to the patrons that there was a gas leak and that we had to evacuate the premises, but no such announcement was made. That seemed to be the norm.

Oh did I mention that the options on the menu were very limited. And the bill amounted to my grocery bill for a week. Well thank God for good company and good music.

I also want to complain about the services in restaurants such as Subway, Burger King, Church’s chicken. I find their service to be extremely poor. Their staff doesn’t seem to have any manners and they are in no rush to serve the customer. I have tried calling the customer service number of burger king many times but i have never gotten through.

Demand your good service it’s your right as a paying customer. Our purchases pay their salaries. If you don’t like the service don’t buy the product.
