Trinimix transfers your payments to your bank account after the customer has received their purchase of goods or services provided.
When do I get paid?
When a customer pays for goods or services, the funds go directly to Trinimix. After the customer has received their purchase and is satisfied, your funds will be transferred to your bank account on request. Additionally, the funds received from the customer are processed by our payment processing provider which reduces customer fraud, chargebacks, and erroneous payments. The entire process of getting paid takes between 7 – 14 days.

What currency do I get paid in?
All payments to vendors are made in Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TTD). As such, all bank/payment accounts must be in TTD currency.
Can I get paid in another currency?
If you do not have a TTD bank account, payments can be wired/SWIFT to your currency account if the system permits.
- Payments to other currency incur higher and additional charges
- Fees include conversion fee, wire transfer fee, processing fee, etc.
Is there a minimum withdraw amount?
The minimum withdrawal amount is $200 TTD
